Would you know if your planned tours for 2015-16 would include locations in or near Philadelphia, PA! I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated serving as the Chairperson for out Toy Library Committee. Unfortunately, I did not attend he Convention, but saw your IG posts and become interested in introducing your book to our Toy Library children. The Toy Library committee works with children whose grandparents are raising them. We focus on enhancing their academic development through reading activities and skill building games as well as broadening their exposure to science and fine arts. As we are planning our reading list for 2015-2016 it would be awesome to include “Penny” and then top it off with a reading with you.
Please reply with questions or additional information that might help us coordinate a visit from you with our Toy Library children.

Hi Soror, I don’t have any plans to be in Philadelphia or surrounding areas. If I do I will let you know. I can however, do a SKYPE reading. This has worked well in the past.
Soror, thank you so much for the reply and the offer of possibly having a Skype Reading with our children. I am so excited! We meet on the second Saturday of each month. We have in-house activities scheduled for November, January, February, March and May. Our in-house activities include Reading Buddies, Arts&Crafts, games, etc.,. Please let me know if one of those months might work for you.
